Hello Lovely! As I started the summer with a beach vacay I think I have set myself up to crave it the rest of the summer. I’m actually thinking of starting a movement, a movement for even more vacation! Half a year at work and half a year off, sounds about right.
Now on to trying to again make myself feel like I’m at the beach and enjoying some of the yummy fruits of the season!
Pineapple Coco-berry Protein Smoothie
1 Cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 Cup fresh blueberries
1 Container of Chobani coconut flavored greek yogurt (sweetens and adds 12 grams of protein)
Optional: Pineapple leaf for garnish
Add ingredients to a blender and blend on people… The end. Now we can drink up feeling good about what we just poured into our bodies with the seasonal fresh fruit and a little added protein.
