Hello Lovely! Now that my sixth month of pregnancy has snuck up on me, I’m ready to share some secrets I’ve used to get through dressing my growing bump so far. I quickly realized since I am carrying my baby so low most all my pants were no longer wearable options somewhere around month 4. First I started wearing a belly band (I’ve linked the one I have above) to try to make my regular pants last longer, which has worked for a while but is officially now not enough to continue wearing them. Quickly after I started wearing as many tunic shifts as possible paired with leggings or skinny (stretchy) pants. Turns out the loose tunics I always loved the look of (that my mom insisted made everyone look pregnant), were actually the perfect fit for my growing bump. I actually think the flowy shifts look really flattering right now.
Oh and currently you won’t catch me without a oversized tote with plenty of room for a large water bottle. Ask any women who’s ever been pregnant, it feel like something you have to have at all times! More water please!
I’ve also found a pair of maternity jeans I’m completely obsessed with but I’ll save that for a later post ;)! Hope your having a wonderful beginning to your New Year!
